Through its recently enhanced website, Traffic.com creates a smoother, easier ride for drivers by providing consumer-focused graphics and detailed summaries for immediate, at-a-glance referencing. Traffic.com and MyTraffic users view real-time, interactive traffic maps and Traffic.com's proprietary Jam Factor(SM) Reports. With a simple, user-friendly display, the Jam Factor represents real-time speed and travel time measurements calculated from Traffic.com's network of traffic flow sensors, combined with information from sophisticated operations centers, and delivers a comprehensive measure of the traffic intensity on a roadway. Whether delivered by Web, phone, or PDA, this color-coded, numerical system clearly and consistently identifies traffic conditions and delays on a scale from 0-10 with 10 representing the worst traffic conditions along the driver's route.
