InGrid, Inc. Announces $13.5 Million Series C Financing

New Class Of Home Protection Services To Expand $8 B Home Security Market

June 26, 2007: Berwyn, PA, - InGrid today announced the closing of an additional $13.5 million in private capital from a new funding round led by Armstrong Group and Associated Partners. Existing investors CenterPoint Ventures, Novak Biddle Venture Partners, PA Early Stage Partners and ZG Ventures also participated. Kirby Campbell, CEO of Armstrong Group, has been appointed to InGrid's board of directors. The financing will be used to continue InGrid's development and market launch of a new class of digital home protection services.

"InGrid's Digital Home Protection is the first all-digital, all-wireless technology for home and small business security, offering consumers better protection and control than existing alternatives."

Digital Home Protection represents a multi-billion dollar revenue opportunity for broadband service providers as the majority of the 60-plus million U.S. homes with broadband Internet access do not have a home security service. The introduction of Digital Home Protection is expected to double the size of the existing $8 billion analog security market.
