Product Enhancements and Service Offerings

iJET launched several product and service enhancements to its Worldcue® Global Control Center in 2008, including Worldcue Critical Contact and Employee Threat Exposure Dashboard. In addition to the enhancements, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued iJET a patent on March 11, 2008 for the company's Global Asset Risk Management systems and methods. The patent recognizes the proprietary business process and technology behind iJET's Worldcue Asset Risk Management solution.

 

• Worldcue Critical Contact Communication Service
   Launched in the summer of 2008, iJET's new Worldcue Critical Contact service improves corporate response time during critical events, enabling organizations to identify and communicate with employees via SMS, phone and e-mail messages and allowing employers to instantly initiate a conference call. Responses are tracked in real time via the Worldcue system, allowing immediate visibility into employee safety.

• Employee Threat Exposure Dashboard
  The Employee Threat Exposure Dashboard provides travel, security and other managers a single snapshot of their organization's travelers and expatriates at risk around the world. Fusing iJET's proprietary Country Security Assessment Ratings (CSARs) with real-time threats, the Dashboard's color-coded interface shows the number of travelers and expatriates at risk within each of five CSAR levels and across three Alert levels of threat (Critical, Warning and Informational).
